Art Basel Week in Miami: How to Book an IV at Your Hotel or Rental
Yes, a nurse comes to your hotel room, your rental or wherever you are staying during Art Basel week, and you do not have to go anywhere for it. Same day is normal, there is no travel fee anywhere we serve, and nothing is due when you book. The one thing worth knowing now rather than at eight in the morning: that week is when our early slots go first, so lock your time the night before if you want a specific hour. What actually makes that week different
The fair itself runs in the first week of December at the convention center, with preview days ahead of it, and the satellite fairs, openings and parties fill in the days on either side. So the demand is not one afternoon. It is most of a week, concentrated in a few square miles, with hotels full and the causeways moving slowly.
What that does to scheduling is simple. Our schedule fills in the order it fills, and during Basel week a lot of people want the same nine or ten in the morning after the same late night. We still run same day appointments all week and we still get to people quickly. But the difference between calling the night before and calling when you wake up is the difference between picking your hour and taking what is open.
If you are flying in for it, the useful move is to book before you land, or the evening you arrive.
Where we meet you
Your hotel room, a short term rental, a private residence, or an office. The nurse brings everything and sets up wherever you are comfortable, so a couch or a chair by a window is all the preparation the room needs.
One thing that saves ten minutes every time: leave our name at the front desk or with whoever is managing the building. A nurse standing in a busy Basel week lobby explaining who they are waiting for is the most common reason an appointment starts late, and it is completely avoidable.
Most of the week happens on the beach side, and we cover it, from South Beach up through Miami Beach and the surrounding neighborhoods, along with the mainland side across Miami Dade and Broward. Same prices everywhere, no travel charge for the drive.
If a few of you want one at the same time
Common that week, and easy to do. One nurse can run more than one person on the same appointment, and you do not all have to get the same thing. One person can take hydration while somebody else takes the hangover drip.
Two things to plan around. Groups take longer than a single appointment, so give us more lead time than you think you need, especially for a morning slot. And if you are booking for two or more people, we ask for eight hours notice to cancel rather than the usual four, because a group appointment takes a nurse off the board for a longer window.
For a larger group, a client dinner, a gallery team or a brand activation, that is our event IV therapy side rather than a standard booking, and it wants a real conversation a few days ahead.
How early can you actually get someone there
Later than most people assume, and this is the part worth planning around during Basel week specifically. A very early morning appointment, the kind that lands before anything else in the city is open, is genuinely possible, but it works when you arrange it the evening before rather than calling at three in the morning and hoping.
So if you already know Friday is going to end badly, say so on Thursday. A nurse gets assigned to you for that hour, and you stop competing with everyone else who woke up at the same time with the same idea.

If this is your first appointment with us
There is one extra step and it does not cost you a day. New clients complete a short telehealth exam, and it happens at the appointment rather than before it. The nurse arrives, sets the device up, and you spend about five minutes on a call with a nurse practitioner. It is $39, once a calendar year, and members do not pay it.
People hear the word exam and assume it pushes them to tomorrow. It does not. It happens in the room, and then the drip starts.

If you are in town for the whole week and think this is going to happen more than once, the membership is half price on every service for $80 a month with no contract, which means it pays for itself on the second drip. Plenty of people join at the first appointment for exactly that reason and cancel when they go home.
