Does Ultra 2027 Start Late Enough for a Morning IV Drip?
Yes. Ultra starts at 4pm on Friday and at noon on Saturday and Sunday, so the morning is free on all three days.

These are the same hours as Ultra 2026, which ran from Friday March 27 to Sunday March 29, 2026, at Bayfront Park. The organizer's 2026 Music Week calendar marked each of those days 18+. The calendar listed Ultra at $539 without naming a ticket tier.
On Friday, an appointment up to early afternoon still leaves time to get downtown before 4pm. On Saturday and Sunday, Ultra starts at noon, and an appointment that begins by 10am has you out the door well before then. From a Miami Beach hotel, start by 9:30am instead. The Winter Music Conference tells its 2027 guests that the trip from the Beach to downtown can take up to an hour and a half at peak times.
Ultra's 2027 ticket terms say set times can change without notice, so book the appointment around the festival's start time, not around one artist's set.
As of September 2026, Ultra's 2027 terms also treat bad weather of any severity as force majeure, something outside the organizer's control. Under those terms, you get no refund for a weather delay or for gates that open late. The terms also count every scheduled day as delivered once the gates open. Time the appointment to Ultra's published start times, whatever the forecast says.
BEFORE ULTRA
Music Week IV Drips in the Days Before Ultra
Miami Music Week, or MMW, is held in the last week of March, and Ultra is the closing event of the week. The organizer describes Ultra as a three day electronic music festival in downtown Miami, and its site calls the 2027 festival the 27th edition. In 2026, Music Week ran from Tuesday March 24 to Sunday March 29, and as of September 2026 its 2027 dates are not published.
The Winter Music Conference has already set its 2027 dates, March 24 to 26. It is back in downtown Miami at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel, where the 2026 edition was held. Badge pickup is from 11am to 8pm on Wednesday March 24 in the hotel lobby. Conference programming is on Thursday March 25 and Friday March 26, and that Friday is also the first day of Ultra.
The 2026 Music Week calendar sorted its events by type: pool, boat, label, nightclub, afterhours, festival and free, plus the Winter Music Conference. That calendar's venues included Arlo Wynwood, MANA Wynwood, 5 Star Island, Little River Studios and Hialeah Park Casino. RESISTANCE held its 2026 Music Week program at M2 from March 25 to 29 and had not published a 2027 program as of September 2026. Whichever Music Week day you book, the nurse comes to the address where you are staying.
TIMING
What Time Can You Get an IV Drip During Miami Music Week?
In the morning, before the daytime Music Week events start. The organizer's 2026 calendar listed 225 events, and 65 of them started between 11am and 4pm, most often at noon. Thursday March 26, 2026, the day before Ultra opened, was the busiest day of that week, with 55 events. Tuesday March 24 was the quietest, with 10.
The 2026 calendar tagged 23 events as pool parties. Eighteen of them started between 11am and 1pm, and 12 of those started at noon. Nineteen of the pool parties were on Miami Beach, one at Palace on Ocean Drive and the rest at five hotels: the Sagamore, the Surfcomber, the National, Moxy South Beach and the Greystone. Three more were at the Kimpton EPIC pool downtown from Tuesday to Thursday, and one was at Arlo Wynwood. For a noon pool party, an appointment that ends by 11am leaves an hour to get there.
WINTER MUSIC CONFERENCE
Can I Get an IV Drip Before a Winter Music Conference Session During Music Week?
Yes. In 2026, the Winter Music Conference ran from noon to 6pm on Wednesday March 25 and Thursday March 26 at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel, so the mornings were clear. As of September 2026, WMC has not published its 2027 session hours. If the 2027 sessions also start at noon, a morning appointment at your hotel or rental is done before the first WMC session.
As of September 2026, WMC 2027 sells one badge, the Pro Badge. It covers all programming on the conference's two tracks, Industry and Creators. It also covers the networking mixers, two rooftop pool parties at the Kimpton EPIC and entry to every WMC sanctioned event during Miami Music Week. WMC says entry to those events depends on venue capacity. The first of the two WMC pool parties is the opening party on Wednesday March 24. The conference is 18+, and its pool parties are strictly 21+. In 2026, WMC badges started at $348. On Thursday March 26, 2026, the International Dance Music Awards followed the conference at the Kimpton EPIC, from 6pm to 8:30pm.
Register in your legal name, not an artist name, because WMC badge pickup needs a valid ID that matches the name on your registration. The 2027 conference FAQ advises against the Kimpton EPIC valet unless you are a hotel guest, because demand is high during the conference. It points instead to a public lot nearby, or to Uber, Lyft and public transport. If you live in Miami or Broward and are coming in for WMC, have the drip at home before you leave.
HOTELS
Hotels Near Bayfront Park for an IV Drip During Miami Music Week and Ultra
Bayfront Park is at 301 Biscayne Boulevard, so hotels downtown, in Brickell and in Edgewater are the closest to Ultra itself. The InterContinental Miami is right next to the 32 acre park. For 2027, the Winter Music Conference names the Kimpton EPIC Hotel as the official Miami Music Week hotel. The Kimpton EPIC is downtown, at 270 Biscayne Boulevard Way. As of September 2026, the Hotels link on Ultra's own site goes to Crewfare's Ultra 2027 page, and Ultra advertises it as a way to stay steps from Bayfront Park at exclusive festival hotel rates. Hotels on Miami Beach are across the bay from Bayfront Park. Rentals and houses for bigger groups can be anywhere.
In 2026, most of Music Week was on the mainland, the same side of the bay as Ultra. The addresses on the 2026 calendar's venue pages put about 70 events in and around Wynwood, Midtown and Edgewater. Another 65 were downtown, in Brickell or on Watson Island. At least 49 were on Miami Beach, and 16 were in Little River and the Upper Eastside. The rest were farther out, at places such as Factory Town, Hialeah Park Casino, Key Biscayne and Miami Lakes.
At a hotel, tell the front desk a nurse is coming, and give us your room number when you book. At a rental, give us the gate code, the callbox name or the name on the lobby list when you book.
METROMOVER
Can I Take the Metromover to Ultra After a Mobile IV at My Hotel?
Yes. For Ultra 2026, the county told riders to take the free Metromover Inner Loop to College/Bayside, First Street or Bayfront Park station. After the festival, it pointed riders to the Inner or Brickell Loop back to Government Center.
For Ultra 2026, Metrorail and Metromover ran on Friday March 27 and Saturday March 28 from 5am to 2am the next morning. On Sunday March 29 they ran until midnight. Green and Orange Line trains came about every 30 minutes. The county's 2026 guidance for riders from Miami International Airport was the Orange Line to Government Center, then the Metromover to Bayfront Park. The county's Ultra release that year listed a Metrorail fare of $2.25, or $5.65 for a day pass. It also listed $4.50 for a full day of parking at a Metrorail garage, with the garages open into the next day.
The county also detoured Metrobus routes 3, 7, 9, 11, 100, 101 and 203 from 9pm on Thursday March 26 until 6am on Monday March 30, 2026. It warned that buses serving the Omni, Miami Beach and downtown could run late. The City of Miami detoured its Biscayne and Coral Way trolleys for Ultra 2026 as well, from 6:30am to midnight on the Friday and Saturday and from 8am to midnight on the Sunday. As of September 2026, the county has not published a 2027 transit plan for Ultra, only its 2026 bus and rail changes.
FROM BROWARD
Can a Nurse Come to My Home in Fort Lauderdale Before I Ride Brightline to Ultra?
Yes. A nurse comes to your home in Fort Lauderdale, and Brightline's 2026 Ultra guide puts the train ride from there to MiamiCentral at 40 minutes. MiamiCentral is Brightline's Miami station, at 600 NW 1st Avenue. From there it is 10 to 15 minutes on foot to the festival, or one free Metromover stop to Bayfront Park or First Street station.
For Ultra 2026, Brightline ran a one time Friday train that left Fort Lauderdale at 2:42pm and reached Miami at 3:20pm, before the 4pm start. That train's fare was a flat $89 from any South Florida station. The late trains home after Ultra 2026 left at 1am on Friday and Saturday nights, and at 11pm on Sunday. As of September 2026, Brightline has announced no Ultra 2027 train. If the Friday afternoon train runs again, book the appointment at home on Friday morning, before you leave for the station.
ID AND ENTRY
Do I Need ID at Ultra Miami After an IV Drip at My Hotel?
Yes. As of September 2026, Ultra's 2027 ticket terms require a valid government issued photo ID at entry. At the gates, the organizer collects and stores the photo, name, date of birth and address from that ID. Entry to Ultra also means agreeing to be searched for prohibited items, before you go in and while you are inside.
Ultra's help center, as of September 2026, says only one wristband can be activated per person and per account, at ultramusicfestival.com/activate. For a group sharing a rental, that means every guest activates their own wristband, because one person cannot activate them all. Ultra also sets a rule for hydration packs: a pack is refused at the gate if any pocket other than the water pouch can fit a paperback book.
GROUPS
Can a Group Get IV Drips Together During Miami Music Week?
A label team can book drips for its artists and staff, and so can a group sharing a rental or a hotel block. The Winter Music Conference lists label owners, A&R teams, managers, booking agents, promoters and festival organizers among its audience. It dates back to 1985, and 2027 is its 37th edition.
How many nurses you get depends on two numbers: how many people there are, and how long you have. Eleven people who all need to be finished within an hour and ten minutes get four to five nurses. The same eleven people spread across four hours get two. Tell us the headcount and the window, and we staff it fully.

HOW IT WORKS
Is There a Telehealth Exam Before an IV Drip During Ultra?
Your first drip of the calendar year adds a $39 telehealth exam with our clinical team, who clear you before service begins. The $39 fee is waived for members. HSA and FSA are accepted.
You book, we confirm a nurse and a window, and the nurse comes to the address you gave us. Travel is included everywhere we serve in Miami and Broward. If your hotel or building charges us for parking or valet, we add that exact charge to your bill and nothing more. Members pay none of it.
Nothing is due at booking. You pay after.
The appointment takes 30 to 45 minutes. Cancellation needs four hours of notice, or eight hours for a group.

Can I Book an IV Drip Before a Music Week Boat Party?
Yes. A boat party IV happens at the dock, and the drips are done before the boat leaves. If your boat leaves from Dinner Key Marina or the Hyatt Regency Dock, both on the 2026 Music Week venue list, ask the host to confirm that the dock allows the nurse to meet your group there.
The Hyatt Regency Dock is downtown on the river, at 400 SE 2nd Avenue, the same address as the James L. Knight Center. Dinner Key Marina is at 3400 Pan American Drive in Coconut Grove. Most 2026 Music Week boats left in the afternoon. On the Thursday, boats left at 1:30pm, 3:30pm and 3:45pm. On the Friday they left at 3pm and 3:30pm, and on the Saturday at 3pm. One Sunday boat left at 11am. For an afternoon boat party, once the dock has confirmed, book the dockside appointment for around midday.
Do You Come to Star Island or a Miami Beach Villa for a Music Week IV?
Yes. A nurse comes to Star Island, the other islands in the bay and private villas across Miami Beach, as long as the gate or the dock lets the nurse through.
