HOW IT WORKS
How Does Mobile IV Therapy Work in Aventura?
Book online or by phone and tell us your building and unit, or your street address, and the time you'd like. We confirm the time and send your nurse's name, so you can pass it to your gatehouse and front desk.
Your nurse checks your health history and vitals, places the IV and stays with you for the whole drip. When it's done, they take everything with them.
Most drips take about 45 minutes, and an NAD+ IV takes 90 minutes to two hours.
Nothing is charged when you book, only after the appointment.

Most drips start at 500ml, and you can ask for up to 1000ml at no extra cost. Saline Hydration IV and Food Poisoning Fix IV start at 1000ml.
Vitamin shots and add ons
Most vitamin shots are $79, or $39 for members. The NAD+ Injection is $99 for 25mg or $149 for 50mg, and members pay $50 or $75. Most add ons to a drip are $49, Toradol is $85, and an NAD+ add on is $99 or $149.
Membership and other costs
Membership is $80 a month and takes 50 percent off everything. There is an added $39 telehealth exam each calendar year for non members. If your building charges for parking or valet, we pass that charge on at cost, and members don't pay it. Early morning and late night appointments are the normal price when a nurse is free at that hour. If no nurse is free, there may be an extra fee, so ask when you book.

GETTING IN
Can a Mobile IV Nurse Come to My Condo in Aventura?
Yes. We come to condo towers, townhomes and houses across Aventura, including Williams Island and the buildings along Country Club Drive. We sort out the gatehouse and the front desk with you before your nurse arrives.
At the gatehouse
You get your nurse's name when your appointment is confirmed. Add it to your gatehouse list with Key Basis IV as the company, the day before if you can. Your nurse shows photo ID and a Florida nursing license to anyone who asks.
At the front desk
Give the same name to your concierge or add it to your building's visitor app. If the desk has to unlock the elevator to your floor, let them know your nurse is coming.
At a house or townhome
Give us the address and any gate code, and tell us which door to use and where your nurse should park.
WHO ARRIVES
Who Places Your IV in Aventura?
Every nurse we send is a registered nurse licensed in Florida and a member of our own team. They work under a physician on our clinical team. Your nurse brings hospital grade supplies and everything the appointment needs.
If your nurse can't place the IV, you aren't charged. If a drip has to stop partway, your nurse stays with you, and we handle the rest case by case.
You can ask for a Spanish speaking nurse when you book.

MEMBERS
Is an IV Therapy Membership Worth It in Aventura?
Membership is $80 a month and takes 50 percent off every drip, infusion and shot. There's no minimum number of appointments, and you can pause or cancel any time. For members, the yearly telehealth exam is complimentary, we cover the nurse's parking or valet, and there are no late or cancellation fees.
One drip a month is enough to come out ahead. A Myers Cocktail IV is $319. A member pays $160 plus the $80 fee, $240 in all, and saves $79. A twelve month plan paid up front is $672 for the year, which works out to $56 a month.
If you live in Aventura for only part of the year, you can pause your membership while you're away. Read the membership terms before you join.

We bring IV drips to groups at Aventura condos, homes and offices. How many nurses we send depends on how many people there are and how much time you have. Eleven people who all want an IV within an hour and ten minutes would get four to five nurses, while the same eleven spread across four hours would get two.
Groups get large discounts based on the number of guests. Tell us how many of you there are when you book, and we can send one invoice for the whole group. For a condo, tell your gatehouse and front desk how many nurses to expect. Large events are quoted separately.

Are Mobile IV Nurses in Aventura Licensed?
Ours are, and you can check your nurse's Florida license yourself on the Florida Board of Nursing's public license lookup.
Our compounds come from trusted, state licensed 503A pharmacies and from FDA registered 503B outsourcing facilities held to federal cGMP manufacturing standards, with lot tracking and expiration verification.

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department instead of booking if you have chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, confusion, weakness on one side, slurred speech, a sudden severe headache, a severe allergic reaction, uncontrolled bleeding, or a fever with a stiff neck.
Your nurse also checks your health history and vitals before starting.

How much is IV therapy in Aventura?
Our core drips are $199 to $479, or $100 to $240 for members, with no travel fee in Aventura. Non members also pay $39 for a telehealth exam at their first appointment each calendar year.
Do you come onto Williams Island?
Yes. The gatehouse and your building's front desk will both need your nurse's name, so pass it to each before your appointment.
Does my building's parking or valet get added to the bill?
Only if your building charges for it. You pay what we pay, and members pay nothing for it.
Do you come to houses in Aventura, not just condos?
Yes, at the same prices. When you book, let us know whether your nurse should use the driveway or park on the street.
Can the nurse come to my office in Aventura?
Yes, at the same prices. Give us the building, floor and suite, and tell reception your nurse's name.
How long does an IV drip take?
Most drips take about 45 minutes. A vitamin shot takes 10 to 15 minutes, and an NAD+ drip takes 90 minutes to two hours.
Can I get a same day IV in Aventura?
Yes, when a nurse is free. We're available seven days a week, so call or text and we'll tell you what's open.
Can I book an IV for someone else?
Yes. You can book and pay for another adult, such as a family member or guest, and they answer the health questions themselves. Personal assistants and household managers are welcome to book on behalf of the person they work for.
Can two of us get IV drips at the same time?
Yes, in one appointment, and you can each choose any drip on the menu. If one of you is a member, the other also gets 50 percent off.
Can I book an early morning or late night appointment?
Yes. You pay the usual price if a nurse is already free at that hour. If not, ask when you book whether there's an extra fee.
What happens if the nurse can't place the IV?
Your nurse tries another vein. If the IV still can't be placed, they stop, and you aren't charged.
Can I pay with an HSA or FSA card?
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and you'll get an itemized receipt. Ask your plan whether it qualifies.
How much notice do I need to cancel?
Four hours for one person and eight hours for two or more people. If you cancel later than that, the booked service is charged in full, unless you're a member.
