The Story Behind Key Basis IV
Key Basis IV began in Key Biscayne in 2021. Our founders, Daniel Lopez and Angel Munoz, set out to raise the bar for personal care in IV therapy. Today our registered nurses bring mobile IV therapy to homes, hotels and offices across Miami Dade and Broward.

HOW IT STARTED
We Were Clients First
Daniel and Angel tried IV therapy for themselves and felt the difference it made. They looked closely at what other companies offered and saw a real opportunity to do better on personal care, accessibility and the overall client experience.
They launched Key Basis IV in Key Biscayne in 2021. Both come from Latin families. Daniel was raised in South America, where he lived in Colombia, Peru and Brazil, and Angel’s family is Mexican. They grew up used to a high level of personal service, and they built the company to meet it and exceed it. Our team has spoken Spanish with clients since the very first day.
Since then, we have grown across Miami Dade and into Broward, and our approach is still the same. We want you to feel like family, and we want our care to fit easily into the life you already have.

Our Standards
Nurses From Our Own Team
Every Key Basis IV nurse is a Florida licensed registered nurse and a member of our own team. We choose them for their skill and, above all, their kindness. If you find a nurse you like, you can book the same nurse again.
Physician Oversight
Our medical director, Dr. Harelle C. Duncan, is a board certified physician who oversees our protocols. You’ll have a short telehealth exam with a nurse practitioner before your first drip, and once a year after that.
Supplies We Trust
Your nurse brings hospital grade supplies and American made compounds from licensed 503A pharmacies and FDA registered 503B outsourcing facilities.
Fair, Simple Pricing
We keep our prices as low as they can reasonably be without affecting quality. You can book now and pay after your appointment, and we accept HSA and FSA cards. Your whole family can save 50% with our membership.
