Medical Oversight
Medical Director Dr. Florence Doman, active Florida license
Standing orders and visit-specific approvals when required
Protocols reviewed and updated on a regular schedule
Clinical Team
Florida-licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPRNs) only
Each client completes a telehealth eligibility call with a Nurse Practitioner once per year
All nurses trained in IV insertion, medication administration, and mobile patient safety
Ongoing clinical education and case review under medical supervision
Pharmacy & Supplies
Fluids and medications sourced from FDA-registered 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies
Lot tracking and expiration verification performed at every shift
Sterile technique and single-use disposables
Biomedical waste managed in accordance with Florida Department of Health standards
Screening & Consent
Brief health screening before each visit
Vitals obtained prior to infusion
Plain-language informed consent reviewed and signed before treatment
During Service
Comfort options available, including warm fluids and numbing spray
Continuous observation and communication by your nurse
Vitals rechecked when clinically indicated
No-stick, no-charge policy if IV access is unsuccessful
When Don't We Perform Service
Red-flag symptoms or contraindicated conditions
Medication incompatibilities or recent procedures increasing risk
If IV therapy is not appropriate, the nurse provides referral guidance to urgent or emergency care
Adverse Events
Immediate response protocol in place
Emergency kit available on site at every visit
Rapid escalation to higher care when required
All events documented and reviewed by the medical director
