Key Basis IV provides intravenous drip therapy and intramuscular vitamin injections (vitamin shots). Everything is mobile: a nurse comes to the client at home or on location. All fluids and medications are sourced from trusted, state licensed 503A pharmacies and FDA registered 503B outsourcing facilities held to federal cGMP standards. Standard infusions take 30 to 45 minutes. A NAD+ infusion is the exception and runs 90 to 120 minutes at every strength.
Each retail price below covers the service itself: the nurse, the appointment, the bag and every ingredient in it, the vitals check and the travel. Membership is half price across the menu, and the exact member price is listed beside every item. There is no travel fee anywhere in the service area. The client pays for the nurse's parking or valet in buildings that charge for it, and Key Basis covers it for members. An appointment booked outside normal hours can carry an additional fee. Every client completes a $39 telehealth eligibility exam with a Nurse Practitioner before their first appointment of each calendar year. It is billed at or after the appointment rather than at booking. The exam is complimentary for members. Students, groups and corporate clients get a discount on the exam. Cancellations need 4 hours of notice, and groups of two or more need 8 hours.

Add on prices apply only when an ingredient is added to a drip. Bought on its own, the same ingredient is priced as a vitamin injection in the section above.
Each of the following is $49 retail and $24.50 for members when added to a drip: Glutathione push, Zinc, Vitamin C, B12 (methylcobalamin), Vitamin D3, Biotin, Mineral blend, Magnesium chloride, Amino blend, Calcium chloride, B complex, and Zofran (ondansetron).
- Toradol: $85 retail, $42.50 members.
- NAD+ push 25mg: $99 retail, $50 members.
- NAD+ push 50mg: $149 retail, $75 members.
For example, the Migraine Relief IV includes both Toradol and Ondansetron in its $299 price. The Hangover IV and the Food Poisoning Fix IV both include Ondansetron in their $249 price. The Glowing Skin IV includes a Glutathione push in its $349 price.
The NAD+ push is the NAD+ Injection given during a drip appointment, at the same price. The NAD+ IV strengths of 125mg, 250mg and 500mg are intravenous doses and are not comparable to the 25mg and 50mg injection doses.

Single use disposables and sterile technique are mandated. Biomedical waste is managed per Florida Department of Health standards. - Payment: card, HSA or FSA card, taken at the appointment once the drip is finished. Nothing is due when you book and there is no deposit.
- Cancellation: a single appointment needs 4 hours of notice, or the full amount of the booked service is charged. A booking made less than 4 hours in advance cannot be cancelled. A missed appointment is not refunded but can be used later with the same nurse. Groups of two or more need 8 hours of notice, or the group is charged for everyone booked. Groups of four or more carry an additional term: once the nurse, date and time are confirmed, a cancellation is charged at full price per person.
