Is an IV therapy membership worth it?
Yes, if you book at least one IV a month. Every drip on our menu costs $199 or more at retail, so half off saves you at least $99. That is more than the $80 fee.
What if I only get one IV a month?
You still come out ahead. On the monthly plan, one Saline Hydration IV comes to $180 for the month, fee included, instead of $199. On the yearly plan it comes to $156.
Is this an IV hydration membership, or does it cover every drip?
It covers every drip. Saline Hydration is $100 for members, and every other drip on our core and specialty menus is half price too.
Does one membership cover my family?
Yes. Everyone in your household pays the member price, even when they book on their own. Add them as family on your member account, or tell us and we will connect your accounts. Friends who book with you get 50% off too.
Are NAD+ and specialty drips included?
Yes. Every drip on both menus is half price, including NAD+, Niagen, Fertility Support and High Dose Vitamin C. Iron and High Dose Vitamin C need recent labs first.
Is there a sign up fee?
No. You pay for your plan and nothing else to join.
I spend part of the year away. Which plan fits?
The yearly plan. Use it while you are here, pause it while you are away, and pick up the remaining months when you come back.
How does the yearly plan work?
You pay $672 up front, which works out to $56 a month. That is 30% less than the monthly plan, and you can pause anytime.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. Monthly members can pause or cancel anytime by calling or texting 305-998-0047, with no cancellation fee. Six month and yearly plans can be paused anytime, and you can cancel them so they do not renew. Prepaid months are not refunded.
Will my membership rate ever go up?
No. Once you join, your rate stays the same for as long as you are a member, even if prices go up for new members.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
We accept HSA and FSA cards as payment. Whether a charge qualifies is up to your plan, so check with your plan administrator first.
Do you come to Broward?
Yes. In Broward that is the whole county, including Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach and Weston, and in Miami Dade it is our service area. There is no travel fee in our service area.
Who gives the IV?
Every IV is given by a registered nurse with an active Florida license. Our nurses work under the direction of a physician on our clinical team, and every appointment starts with a short health check.
How soon can I book my first IV?
Right after you join. Same day and next day appointments are often available for members.
What if I am not sure which drip to get?
Your nurse will go over the options with you and help you choose. You can pick a different drip every time.
Where do your compounds come from?
