Two Ways Companies and Hosts Book Us
Most of what we do falls into one of two arrangements. Some clients want us once, for a specific day. Others want us on a standing basis, for their staff, their tenants or their members.
Corporate wellness days and ongoing programs
A company books us for a wellness day, a sales kickoff, a conference, or the week a team is running on four hours of sleep. We set up in a conference room or a quiet corner, people sign up for a slot, and we work through the list. Companies that want it regularly move to a corporate arrangement instead, where their people book whenever they like at the member rate. That is how it works at 830 Brickell Plaza today.
Private events, conventions and parties
A host, a planner or a venue books us for a specific event. Conventions, weddings, charity galas, production sets, race weekends, boat days, birthdays and bachelorette weekends all run the same way. We arrive before you need us, set up out of the way, and treat people as they come. The discount grows with the headcount.

You give us a conference room or a quiet corner and we handle the rest. People sign up for a slot in advance, step out for about 45 minutes, and go back to their desk. There is no equipment to install and nothing left behind. If your building charges for parking or valet we pass that through, and nothing else gets added.
Companies that want this more than once a year usually set up a corporate arrangement instead of booking each day separately. Their people get the same 50% our members get, on every drip and every vitamin shot, and they book directly whenever they want it, at the office or at home. Spouses are covered too.

IV Therapy for Miami Events, Conventions and Parties
We have been doing this in Miami for years. Pop ups at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. A multi day event at the convention center, two years running. Pop ups for Reserve Paddle. A standing perk for the clients at Sweat 440 for a long stretch.
Almost every other event we run falls somewhere in this list.
Conventions and trade shows are the biggest ones. A week on a convention floor takes more out of people than they expect, and we usually work out of a suite or a green room and run a list through the day rather than treating anyone on the floor. Production sets run the same way, usually early, usually before anyone is in a good mood.
Weddings are their own thing. Most of the time we come the morning of, around hair and makeup, or the morning after the welcome party. Bridal parties, groomsmen and the couple themselves all book it, and we schedule around the photographer rather than the other way around.
Then there is everything else Miami does. Charity galas and fundraisers. Race weekends and endurance events. Boat and yacht days, where we meet you at the slip before you leave. Hotel and villa groups. Birthdays, bachelorette and bachelor weekends, where the drip usually happens the morning after and nobody has to leave the house.

How a Group IV Booking Runs in Miami
There is no mystery to it, and the details below are the ones most people call to ask about.

Give us the number of people, the address anywhere in Miami or Broward, and the hours you need covered. About four hours of notice is enough for a group over five. Anything larger is easier with more lead time, though we have turned groups around in two hours when it mattered. For building and office activations we usually set up a sign up sheet ahead of time, so the day runs on a schedule instead of a queue.
We staff the nurses to match
We send about one nurse for every five people, so nobody stands around waiting for a chair. Each nurse brings everything needed, including a pulse oximeter, a blood pressure cuff and epinephrine, and stays with each person for the whole drip. A licensed medical team reviews every new client before their first visit.
We work around your run of show
You tell us what the day looks like and we fit into it. Most people are back to what they were doing in under an hour, and a vitamin shot takes 10 to 15 minutes if that is all someone wants. All we need on site is a room or a corner, a chair for each person and somewhere to set down supplies. Larger bookings carry a deposit or a minimum, and we tell you which applies before you commit.
PRICING
Group and Corporate IV Therapy Pricing
Every drip on our menu has a public price and a member price that is exactly half of it. Group and corporate rates work off that same 50%, and it is the biggest discount we give anyone.
Corporate partners get the full 50% for their people. For a one off group, the discount grows with the headcount and reaches 50% on the larger ones. At the full rate a Saline Hydration IV is $100 a person and a Myers Cocktail is $160. Tell us your number and we will price it before you commit.
Travel is included everywhere we serve and there is no arrival fee. If your building charges us for parking or valet we pass that cost through, and nothing else is added. The first drip of the calendar year for each person includes a $39 telehealth review, which our medical team clears before service begins. Larger bookings carry a deposit or a minimum, and we say which one applies when we quote you.

Everything on this page runs the same way north of the county line. Our nurses cover Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Plantation, Weston, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Pembroke Pines and Parkland, and we go up as far as Boca Raton. This is the part that matters most when the people getting the drip are your tenants, your staff or your guests. Every Key Basis nurse working across Miami and Broward is a licensed registered nurse with years of hospital experience behind them, and you can look any of them up through the Florida Board of Nursing.
They introduce themselves, check blood pressure and oxygen before anything else, and stay with each person for the whole drip rather than starting it and moving on. They carry a pulse oximeter, a blood pressure cuff and epinephrine on every visit. Behind them is a licensed medical team that clears each treatment before the first drip of the year.
