HOW IT WORKS

How Does IV Therapy in a Hotel Room Work?

You book, we confirm a nurse and a window, and the nurse comes to the address you gave us. Travel is included everywhere we serve in Miami and Broward. If your hotel or building charges us for parking or valet, we add that exact charge to your bill and nothing more. Members pay none of it.

At a hotel, tell the front desk a nurse is coming, and give us your room number when you book.

Your first drip of the calendar year adds a $39 telehealth exam with our clinical team, who clear you before service begins. The $39 fee is waived for members. HSA and FSA are accepted.

For in room IV therapy, the nurse sets up wherever you're comfortable, in a chair or on the bed, and stays with you until the drip is done. The nurse leaves with every needle, line and bag, so nothing is left in the room.

Nothing is due at booking. You pay after.

The appointment takes 30 to 45 minutes. Cancellation needs four hours of notice, or eight hours for a group.

PRICES

What Does an IV in Your Hotel Room Cost?

Drips start at $199, and every drip has a member price that is half of the public price.

Saline Hydration IV $199 members $100
Immune Boost IV $249 members $125
Hangover IV $249 members $125
Recovery IV $299 members $150
Anti Stress IV $299 members $150
Myers Cocktail IV $319 members $160
Glowing Skin IV $349 members $175
NAD+ IV $479 members $240

NAD+ also comes in other strengths at other prices. Members pay half on every drip, and one membership covers a whole family. Members also get priority for same day and next day appointments. Friends and family who book with a member pay the member price too. You can also see the full IV drip menu or book a nurse online.

In a hotel room, our concierge IV service has the same menu and the same prices as a booking at home. Where the hotel charges for parking or valet, we pass that charge on at cost.

THE DRIPS

Which IV Drips Can You Get in Your Hotel Room?

The nurse can bring any of the eight drips in the table above. Seven of them fit in the usual 30 to 45 minute appointment. NAD+ IV takes an hour and a half to two hours, so book it for a morning or afternoon when you have nothing planned right after.

Iron and High Dose Vitamin C, on our specialty IV menu, both need labs first. If you want one of those during your stay, call before you arrive.

HOTELS BY AREA

Which Miami and Miami Beach Hotels Does the Nurse Come To?

We come to guests staying at hotels throughout Miami and Miami Beach, in any week of the year, Art Basel week included. We've coordinated with a lot of Miami hotels before, so if you'd like, tell us where you're staying and we'll contact the hotel and set everything up.

South Beach. We bring mobile IV therapy in South Beach to guests at The Setai, Loews Miami Beach, Delano, 1 Hotel South Beach, Mondrian South Beach and The Standard on Belle Isle. We also cover the smaller hotels along Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue.

Mid Beach. The nurse comes to Fontainebleau, Faena, The Miami Beach EDITION and Soho Beach House, all on the oceanfront stretch of Miami Beach along Collins Avenue between 23rd Street and 63rd Street.

North Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles. North of 63rd Street, we come to hotels in North Beach and Surfside, to The Ritz-Carlton in Bal Harbour, and farther up the coast to the hotels of Sunny Isles Beach.

Brickell, Downtown, Edgewater and the Miami River. In Brickell, the nurse goes to the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, EAST Miami, Icon Brickell and the other hotels along Brickell Avenue and the Miami River. We also come to the Kimpton EPIC and the InterContinental Miami in Downtown Miami, and to the hotels on the bay in Edgewater.

Key Biscayne, Fisher Island, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables. On Key Biscayne, we come to The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne and the other island resorts. The nurse goes out to Fisher Island as well. On the mainland, we cover the bayfront hotels in Coconut Grove and the hotels around Miracle Mile in Coral Gables.

RENTALS AND CONDOS

Can You Get an IV at an Airbnb, Condo or Vacation Rental?

Yes. A short stay rental, a condo or a vacation home works the same way as a hotel room. The nurse needs a way in and somewhere for you to sit.

At a rental, give us the gate code, the callbox name or the name on the lobby list when you book.

If the building has a doorman or a front desk, let them know a nurse is coming for you.

THE FRONT DESK

Will My Hotel Let the IV Nurse Up to My Room?

Usually, yes. Most hotels need nothing more than your name and room number.

If the elevators need a keycard or your floor has restricted access, meet the nurse in the lobby or ask the front desk to send the nurse up. The room can be booked in your name or a friend's. You just need to be in the room when the nurse arrives.

A few resorts run their own IV lounge. If you're staying at one, tell us when you book and we'll coordinate the visit with the hotel.

Call or text us the hotel and room number, and we'll send you the nurse's name to give the front desk. If you'd rather we let the hotel know, just say so and we'll contact them ourselves.

For Front Desk Staff: How Our Nurse Checks In

Key Basis IV sends a licensed registered nurse to a guest's room at the guest's request. The nurse gives the guest's name and room number at the desk, or calls the guest from the lobby, whichever your hotel prefers. The nurse carries one case, usually stays 30 to 45 minutes, and leaves with every needle, line and bag. To confirm the nurse is with Key Basis IV, call or text 305 998 0047.

TRAVEL DAYS

IV Therapy Before a Flight, After a Cruise or on the Day You Check Out

On the day you leave, start the IV at least ninety minutes before you need to be in the lobby with your luggage. If you have less than an hour before you need to leave, we'll offer you another time, because a drip shouldn't be rushed. Send us your check out time or your flight time when you book, and we will schedule the drip around it.

If you have to check out before the drip, ask us about having it at the hotel anyway. We've arranged this with hotels before: the hotel sets aside a space for you after check out, somewhere like a terrace with a view, and the nurse gets you set up there with the hotel's help. It depends on the hotel, so ask when you book.

You can also book an IV after a cruise at PortMiami, whether you're heading to a hotel for a few nights or to the airport that afternoon.

If you're arriving rather than leaving, the nurse can come the evening you land or the morning after for post flight IV therapy. If you're flying in or out of Fort Lauderdale, we also come to hotels near FLL and Port Everglades.

The main thing with travel IV therapy in Miami is timing the drip around your trip. We are happy to work that out with you when you call.

GROUPS

Hotel IV Therapy for a Group in a Suite

How many nurses you get depends on two numbers: how many people there are, and how long you have. Eleven people who all need to be finished within an hour and ten minutes get four to five nurses. The same eleven people spread across four hours get two. Tell us the headcount and the window, and we staff it fully.

Larger bookings carry a deposit or a minimum, and we tell you which one applies when we quote you.

Each guest picks a drip and is charged for their own. Group bookings need eight hours' notice to cancel.

For a quote, call or text 305 998 0047 with the headcount, the hotel and the time. We also plan bachelorette and bachelor party IV therapy in hotel suites, and IV therapy for private events of any size.

BROWARD

Does the IV Nurse Come to Broward Hotels Too?

Yes. We cover all of Broward County. A drip at a Broward hotel costs the same as one in Miami Beach, and travel is included.

We bring mobile IV therapy in Fort Lauderdale to the hotels on the beach and along Las Olas, and IV therapy in Hollywood to the hotels along the Broadwalk. In Dania Beach, the nurse comes to the hotels by the airport and the cruise port.

YOUR NURSE

Who Gives the IV in Your Hotel Room?

Every appointment is run by a licensed registered nurse, with a physician on our clinical team behind the plan. Each nurse carries a pulse oximeter, a blood pressure cuff and epinephrine, and stays with you for the whole appointment. Our clinical standards are published in full.

Key Basis IV was named Best IV Therapy in Miami by Modern Luxury in its Best of Beauty issue, March 2026.

ANSWERED

Hotel IV Therapy in Miami, Answered

Can I get an IV in my hotel room in Miami?

Yes. A registered nurse comes to your room anywhere in Miami, Miami Beach and Broward, usually the same day. Send us the hotel and the room number when you book.

How fast can a nurse get to my hotel in Miami?

Usually the same day, and often within two hours of your call. If you already know the time you want, booking the day before is the surest way to get it.

How much does an IV in my Miami hotel room cost?

Drips start at $199, and members pay half. There is no travel fee. Your first drip of the calendar year adds a $39 telehealth exam, which is complimentary for members.

Is there a travel fee for an IV at my Miami Beach hotel?

No. Travel is included. If the hotel charges us for parking or valet, we add that exact charge to your bill. Early morning and late night visits are the normal price when a nurse is already free at that hour. When one isn't, there may be an extra fee, so ask when you book.

What hours can a nurse come to my hotel?

From 8 in the morning to 10 at night, every day of the week.

How long does an IV in my hotel room take?

The appointment takes 30 to 45 minutes. NAD+ takes an hour and a half to two hours.

Do I need a prescription for an IV?

You don't need to bring one. Before your first drip of the calendar year, a $39 telehealth exam with our clinical team decides whether an IV is right for you, and the drip goes ahead only if they clear you.

Can I pay for the IV with HSA or FSA?

We accept HSA and FSA cards for a mobile IV in Miami, and you pay after the appointment. Whether a drip qualifies is up to your plan, so check with your plan administrator if you're not sure.

Can a few of us get IVs in the same room?

Yes. Tell us how many of you there are and how long you have, and we bring enough nurses. Everyone picks their own drip.

Can I get an IV on the day I check out?

Yes. Start it at least ninety minutes before you need to be in the lobby with your bags, or ask us to arrange a space at the hotel where you can have it after you check out. Send us your check out time when you book.

What if the nurse cannot get the IV in?

You are not charged. The nurse will try a second site, and if the IV still won't go in, the nurse stops there.

When is an IV not the right call?

If you have chest pain or you've fainted, call 911. If you can't keep any fluids down, see a doctor or go to urgent care rather than booking an IV. If you're not sure an IV is right for you, ask your doctor before you book.
