THE FAST VERSION
A Nurse at Your Door in Pembroke Pines, Usually the Same Day
A registered nurse licensed in Florida comes to your address in Pembroke Pines, usually the same day you book. Your house, your parents’ living room, a hotel room, a desk at the office. A standard drip takes about 45 minutes from the knock at the door to the nurse carrying her kit back out.
You do not drive to a clinic, you do not sit in anyone’s waiting room, and you do not pay a travel fee. Nothing is charged when you book.
Drips in Pembroke Pines start at $199. Members pay $100 for that same drip. Membership is $80 a month and takes 50 percent off everything on the menu. Travel to your Pembroke Pines address costs $0.
Booking costs nothing. Nothing is charged when you book, we take a card once the booking is confirmed, and it is charged after the appointment. We take HSA and FSA cards.

THE MENU
IV Vitamin Therapy Pembroke Pines
Nine core drips. Retail price first, member price second. The price is the same at every Pembroke Pines address, and it does not move for traffic, for demand, or for how far west you live.
Looking for NAD+? NAD+ IV drips are on the menu at $479, members $240. Comparable full dose NAD+ drips are commonly priced from $649 to $1,200.
BY PRESCRIPTION

SHOTS
Vitamin Shots Delivered in Pembroke Pines
Nine shots delivered anywhere in Pembroke Pines, $79 each, or $39 for members. B12. Vitamin C. Vitamin D3. Biotin. Amino Acid. B Complex. Glutathione. Mineral Blend. NAD+, which starts at $99 rather than $79.
NAD+ Injection
from $99
A shots only appointment in Pembroke Pines needs $140 in the cart before discounts, so two shots clears it. Add a push to any drip and that minimum does not apply.
A push is a single vitamin or medication given by syringe into a running line rather than hung in the bag, which is not the same item as a shot on its own at $79. Add on pushes into a drip are $49. Toradol is $85.
A NAD+ push is $99 for 25mg or $149 for 50mg. Any of these can be added at the door in Pembroke Pines and the nurse will tell you what it does to the total before she draws it up.
GETTING IN
Gatehouses, Front Desks and Getting In
If your Pembroke Pines address sits behind a gate, here is what makes it painless. You get your nurse’s name as soon as the appointment is confirmed. Put that name on the guest list, or leave it at the guardhouse along with the words registered nurse, and the guard sends her through.
If your HOA wants a certificate of insurance on file first, ask and we will email it to your Pembroke Pines association manager.
If map apps drop the pin a block off your Pembroke Pines street, send the cross street and the color of the building. She will find it.
For an office in Pembroke Pines, tell us which entrance the front desk sits behind and whether she needs to be on a visitor list. For a hotel, leave her name at reception and we do the rest.
Book it
We confirm
Nurse arrives
Choose your IV drip, then book online or call us with the window that suits you. You pay nothing at this stage, and nothing is charged when you book.
We confirm your time on the spot and send you your nurse’s name.
Your nurse checks your vitals, goes through your health history and starts the drip wherever you are comfortable. You pay when the drip is finished, not a minute before.
WHO ARRIVES
The Nurse at Your Door in Pembroke Pines
Every appointment in Pembroke Pines is run by a registered nurse licensed in Florida. She arrives with everything the appointment needs and leaves with all of it. She is with you from setup to takedown and she does not step out mid drip.
Spanish is available on request, so say so when you book. What is fixed is the credential: a registered nurse licensed in Florida, at your Pembroke Pines door, every time.
When you book, one registered nurse is assigned to your appointment and that is who arrives. She brings the drip, the bag, the pole, the kit and a sharps container. She sets up in whatever room you point at, whether that is a kitchen island in Pembroke Falls or a spare bedroom in Silver Lakes. She stays with you for the whole appointment.
When it is done she packs everything, including the waste, and carries it out. Nothing is left in your house.
MEMBERS
The Membership, in Plain Numbers
Membership is $80 a month, so $960 across a full year. It takes 50 percent off everything on the menu: drips, specialty infusions and add on pushes are exactly half, and a vitamin shot is $39 rather than $79.
It is per person, there is no minimum and no contract, and you can pause or cancel any time.
It works at any Pembroke Pines address and everywhere else we go. It covers one person, so if two people at the same Pembroke Pines address want member pricing, that is two memberships at $80 each.
Here is the arithmetic on a single month. A Recovery IV is $299 at retail. As a member it is $150, plus the $80 membership, so $230. That month you are $69 ahead.
Across a full year the number to beat is $960. A Recovery IV saves a member $149 every time, so seven of them in a year clear the membership with $83 to spare, and six leave you $66 short. Book a drip every month or two and membership is the cheaper way to do it.
Book once or twice a year and retail is cheaper, or switch membership on for the month you need it and pause it after.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Five Questions to Ask Any Mobile IV Service

Every mobile drip service sounds polished on the phone. Ask these five questions to tell them apart.
Who is placing my drip?
Get the name and license number of the person coming to your home, then check that number on the Florida license lookup. Every nurse we send is a registered nurse on our own staff, and we share credentials gladly.
What happens before the needle?
A real service reviews your health history before the needle comes out. For us that means one $39 telehealth appointment a year.
What does the price include?
Ask whether the price changes once you give an address. Ours does not. We charge no travel fee anywhere in Pembroke Pines, so the menu price is the full price.
Does someone stay with me the whole time?
Some services set the line and leave. Ask directly. Our nurse stays from the first knock until the bag is empty, about 45 minutes in all.
Where do the compounds come from?
The answer you want is a 503b outsourcing facility. Ours come from 503b outsourcing facilities, and we say so on the phone as plainly as we say it here.
If you want to hear our answers to all five, call or text us.
WHEN PEOPLE CALL
When People in Pembroke Pines Book a Drip

The morning after
Clients book the Hangover IV when the night ran long and the next day is already full. A nurse brings fluids and B vitamins to your door, usually the same day.
Boat and dock days
When the boat is in a slip we come to it. Saline Hydration IV is the usual pick before a long day on the water, and Recovery is the one people ask for afterward.
Convention weeks
Downtown fills up and so does our calendar. The Myers Cocktail runs about 45 minutes, short enough to fit between sessions, and we come to the hotel.
Flight days
Clients flying out of FLL book Saline Hydration the day before a long trip, and the evening they land coming home. Send us the itinerary and we build the appointment around it.
A house full of guests
In season we send one nurse for every five people. Groups usually order a mix of Hangover and Saline drips, and more than five people needs about four hours of notice.
A big day coming
Before a shoot or a wedding, clients book Glowing Skin and Immune Boost over the final days. Members pay half, which adds up across a week.
OFFICES AND EVENTS
IV Drips for Offices, Groups and Events in Pembroke Pines
We bring drips to offices, conventions, production sets and private parties all over Pembroke Pines. Bigger groups get more than one nurse, and the rate per person comes down as the headcount goes up.
We work with major corporations on a regular basis through our partnership with 830 Brickell Plaza, one of the best office buildings in Miami, where our drips are a building amenity. We bring that same experience to Pembroke Pines.
We set up most events ahead of time with a sign up sheet, so everyone has picked a drip before the first nurse arrives. Some bookings carry a deposit or a minimum, and we tell you that up front, not on the invoice.
Send us three things to start: the headcount, the address and the time window you want covered. The event details button below has the rest.

STANDARDS
The Rules We Work Under

Our credentials are public and easy to check. The Florida Board of Nursing license lookup will show you an active Florida license for any nurse we send. The Florida Department of Health sets the rules for medical practice here, and those rules govern us.
Every compound we infuse comes from a registered outsourcing facility, a designation the FDA oversees for sterile compounding. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements keeps clear fact sheets on each vitamin and mineral, useful background before you settle on a drip.
We list these sources so you can verify our standards firsthand. Our clinical standards page covers the screening, dosing and documentation behind each appointment. We last checked every price and service term on this page on September 1, 2026.
WHO THIS IS FOR
When to Book Us and When to Call 911

We are an elective wellness service, not urgent care and not emergency care. Book us when you are otherwise well and want hydration, vitamins or recovery.
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, confusion, slurred speech, weakness on one side, a sudden severe headache, uncontrolled bleeding, a seizure or a serious allergic reaction.
If red flag symptoms like these come up at booking or at the door, we decline the appointment and refer you to urgent care or the emergency department.
QUESTIONS WE GET
Pembroke Pines IV Therapy Questions

Is the price I see the price I pay in Pembroke Pines?
Yes. The drip price is the whole price and there is no travel fee anywhere in Pembroke Pines. The only thing that can ever be added is parking or valet, and only where your building charges for it.
Which Pembroke Pines zip codes do you cover?
33024, 33025, 33026, 33027, 33028 and 33029, at one flat price with nothing added between them. Outside Pembroke Pines we cover the rest of Broward, Miami Dade and south Palm Beach on the same terms.
How is this different from booking at an infusion center?
A clinic asks you to drive to it, park, wait and then drive home again. We do the opposite. A registered nurse licensed in Florida brings the drip and everything around it to your Pembroke Pines address, sets up in the room you choose, runs the appointment and leaves with all of it. The only driving is hers.
Can you send my HOA a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Ask at booking and we will email a certificate to whoever manages your Pembroke Pines association. If they want specific wording or a named certificate holder, tell us and we will have it reissued that way.
Can I book and pay for someone else in Pembroke Pines?
Yes. You book it, your card pays for it, and we take their Pembroke Pines address and a number to reach them on. They do not need to handle anything at the door. We will text you when the nurse is on her way.
Can we ask for a nurse who speaks Spanish?
Yes. Spanish is available on request. Ask when you book your Pembroke Pines appointment rather than at the door, so we can assign the right nurse. There is no extra charge for it.
Will I get a receipt I can submit to my HSA or FSA?
Yes. An itemized receipt goes to your email as soon as the Pembroke Pines appointment closes, naming the drip and the amount you paid. You can also pay with an HSA or FSA card at the appointment. We do not bill insurance, so whether your plan reimburses it is between you and your plan.
Is there a minimum order for a Pembroke Pines appointment?
Not for drips. Any single drip on this page, including the $199 Saline Hydration IV, brings a nurse to Pembroke Pines. Shots only appointments are the one exception and they need $140 in the cart before discounts. Add a push to a drip and the minimum stops applying.
Do I pay when I book?
No. Nothing is charged when you book. We take a card after the booking is confirmed and charge it after the appointment. If you add a push or a shot at the door, the nurse adds it and the receipt reflects it. There is no deposit on a normal Pembroke Pines booking. Cancelling needs at least four hours of advance notice on an individual booking and at least eight hours on a group booking, and without that notice the full amount of the booked service is charged.
Does someone check whether I should be having this at all?
Yes. A licensed provider reviews your intake before anything is dispensed, and that is what the $39 telehealth exam is. You do it once a year and members do not pay for it. The nurse goes through the intake with you again at your Pembroke Pines address before she sets anything up.
What happens if I feel unwell during it?
Tell the nurse. She is with you for the whole appointment at your Pembroke Pines address and she never leaves you alone with a running line, so she can slow the drip or stop it. If she stops it she stays with you until you are settled.
Do I tip the nurse?
No. The price you agreed at booking is the whole price and the nurse will not ask. If you want to leave something she will accept it, but nobody in Pembroke Pines is expected to.
WHO WE ARE
Why Key Basis Started
Key Basis began more than five years ago with a simple idea. Care should travel to the client, not the other way around. Thousands of drips later, we still work that way.
We do not use the word concierge lightly. Hotels, personal assistants and household staff call us because we handle the appointment quietly, completely and on their guest’s schedule.
We started in Miami, and the same team now serves Pembroke Pines with the same standards. The longer version is behind the story button below.
READING
What Our Team Has Been Writing
Our team writes the way our nurses talk. The posts explain in plain language what is in each drip, how appointments actually go and what memberships really cost. When your question needs more than a quick text back, the longer answer is usually already on the blog.
NOT SURE YET
Need Help Choosing a Drip in Pembroke Pines?

Tell us which drip you are considering and we will walk you through what is in each one. Many people call or text a quick question, and an actual person picks up, with no forms and no waiting in a queue.
The full menu shows both the standard and the member price for each drip, and you are always welcome to call before you book.
