I had an extremely concerning experience with this IV service. I sought care while actively ill and was given an IV that I did not specifically request and that did not improve my condition. In fact, my symptoms worsened shortly after the appointment, and I ultimately required further medical care. Despite this, the company repeatedly dismissed my experience as mere “dissatisfaction with results,” which is not accurate or acceptable given what followed. What’s most troubling is the lack of meaningful informed consent. I was never clearly presented with alternatives or given a genuine opportunity to understand or decline the specific treatment being administered. Post-appointment, the company relied on automated texts and internal notes to justify their position rather than addressing the actual outcome and impact on my health. When I raised these concerns, they refused to take accountability and declined to issue a full refund, offering only a partial “courtesy” refund while explicitly denying any fault. Their final response stated they considered the matter closed. If you’re considering this service, be aware that if something goes wrong or the treatment makes you feel worse, you may be met with defensiveness rather than support. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and exercising caution before trusting your health to this company.
