Your nurse checks your health history and vitals, places the IV and stays with you for the whole drip. When it's done, they take everything with them.
Most drips take about 45 minutes, and an NAD+ IV takes 90 minutes to two hours.
Nothing is charged when you book, only after the appointment.

Most drips start at 500ml, and you can ask for up to 1000ml at no extra cost. Saline Hydration IV and Food Poisoning Fix IV start at 1000ml.
Vitamin shots and add ons
Most vitamin shots are $79, or $39 for members. The NAD+ Injection is $99 for 25mg or $149 for 50mg, and members pay $50 or $75. Most add ons to a drip are $49, Toradol is $85, and an NAD+ add on is $99 or $149.
Membership and other costs
Membership is $80 a month and takes 50 percent off everything. There is an added $39 telehealth exam each calendar year for non members. If your building charges for parking or valet, we pass that charge on at cost, and members don't pay it. Early morning and late night appointments are the normal price when a nurse is free at that hour. If no nurse is free, there may be an extra fee, so ask when you book.

How Does a Mobile IV Nurse Get to Fisher Island?
Fisher Island is reached by ferry, so there's one extra step before the day of your appointment. Our nurses have visited guests on Fisher Island, and after the ferry everything works as it does anywhere else.
The guest list
You get your nurse's name as soon as your appointment is confirmed. Add it to your guest list with Key Basis IV as the company, the day before if you can.
The ferry
We plan your nurse's arrival around the ferry schedule, and there's no charge to you for the crossing.
At your residence
Tell us your residence and unit. If your building has a front desk, give them your nurse's name as well. Your nurse shows photo ID and a Florida nursing license to anyone who asks.

Who Places Your IV on Fisher Island?
Every nurse we send is a registered nurse licensed in Florida and a member of our own team. They work under a physician on our clinical team. Your nurse brings hospital grade supplies and everything the appointment needs.
If your nurse can't place the IV, you aren't charged. If a drip has to stop partway, your nurse stays with you, and we handle the rest case by case.
You can ask for a Spanish speaking nurse when you book.

Is an IV Therapy Membership Worth It on Fisher Island?
Membership is $80 a month and takes 50 percent off every drip, infusion and shot. There's no minimum number of appointments, and you can pause or cancel any time. For members, the yearly telehealth exam is complimentary, we cover the nurse's parking or valet, and there are no late or cancellation fees.
One drip a month is enough to come out ahead. A Myers Cocktail IV is $319. A member pays $160 plus the $80 fee, $240 in all, and saves $79. A twelve month plan paid up front is $672 for the year, which works out to $56 a month.

Can I book an early morning or late night appointment?
Yes. You pay the usual price if a nurse is already free at that hour. If not, ask when you book whether there's an extra fee.
What happens if the nurse can't place the IV?
Your nurse tries another vein. If the IV still can't be placed, they stop, and you aren't charged.
Can I pay with an HSA or FSA card?
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and you'll get an itemized receipt. Ask your plan whether it qualifies.
How much notice do I need to cancel?
Four hours for one person and eight hours for two or more people. If you cancel later than that, the booked service is charged in full, unless you're a member.
