Mobile IV Therapy in Fort Lauderdale

A registered nurse drives to your Fort Lauderdale address with everything the appointment needs, usually the same day you book. You pay when she is done, not before.

Best of Beauty 2026, Modern Luxury  ·  5.0 from over 90 Google reviews  ·  Thousands of satisfied clients  ·  Licensed registered nurses

Your first appointment of the year covers the $39 telehealth exam. The only other charge is parking or valet, and only where a building charges for it.

THE FAST VERSION

Mobile IV Therapy in Fort Lauderdale, Start to Finish

A registered nurse drives to your Fort Lauderdale address with everything the appointment needs. You pick the room. She sets up, runs the drip and packs up when she is done. Most appointments are booked and finished the same day, and core drips run $199 to $479 before the member discount.

Booking costs nothing. You pay when the nurse is done, and we take HSA and FSA cards. A standard at home IV therapy appointment in Fort Lauderdale runs 30 to 45 minutes. IV hydration is the quickest drip and the bigger vitamin infusions take a little longer.

Membership is $80 a month and cuts every price on this page in half. One membership covers your whole family. We do not add a travel fee at any Fort Lauderdale address, from the beach to the western suburbs.

PRICES

What IV Therapy Costs in Fort Lauderdale

Here is the whole list. Saline Hydration is $199. Immune Boost, Hangover and Food Poisoning Fix are $249 each. Recovery and Anti Stress are $299. The Myers Cocktail is $319, Glowing Skin is $349 and NAD+ is $479. Members pay half of every price on that list.

The number you see is the number you pay. It covers your nurse, everything she carries and the appointment itself, with no travel fee anywhere in Fort Lauderdale. Vitamin shots are $79 each and NAD+ shots start at $99. A shots only appointment needs $140 in the cart. Add on pushes are $49, Toradol is $85, and NAD+ pushes are $99 for 25mg and $149 for 50mg. New clients complete a $39 telehealth exam once a year, and members skip that fee.

THE MENU

The IV Drips Fort Lauderdale Books Most

These six are our most requested, and all nine core drips are on the menu page. Every card shows the price, the member price and exactly what goes in the bag. Your registered nurse mixes each vitamin infusion at your address, and you can book any drip straight from its card.

Looking for NAD+? NAD+ IV drips are on the menu at $479, members $240. Comparable full dose NAD+ drips are commonly priced from $649 to $1,200.

BY PRESCRIPTION

Iron, High Dose Vitamin C and the Prescription Infusions

We run Venofer iron sucrose at your address, 100mg for $399 and 200mg for $599. Your labs set the dose before we schedule anything. Iron is usually booked as a series of appointments rather than one, and how many and how far apart is set by the prescriber once your labs are reviewed. Members pay $199 for the 100mg.

The other prescription infusions are Migraine Relief at $299 with the medication included, the High Dose Vitamin C IV at $499, the Super Immune Boost at $550, Niagen from $575 and Fertility Support at $789. Members pay half of each. High dose vitamin C requires a normal G6PD result on file and a kidney function test. We can still book you the same day in Fort Lauderdale once the telehealth review and any labs are done.

SHOTS

B12 and Vitamin Shots Delivered in Fort Lauderdale

A vitamin shot appointment takes about ten to fifteen minutes at your door. B12, D3, biotin, glutathione, amino acid, B complex, vitamin C and a mineral blend are $79 each, or $39 for members.

NAD+ shots are $99 for 25mg and $149 for 50mg, and members pay half on every shot. A shots only appointment needs $140 in the cart before discounts, so most people book two or more. Same day booking is available.

GETTING IN

Hotels, Condo Front Desks, Offices and Boats

Most buildings here want a name at the desk before they send anyone up, so we book around that. You get your nurse's name as soon as the appointment is confirmed. Give that name to the hotel desk, your building's front desk or the gatehouse and they will send her through. Buildings that want written notice get it from us the same day.

For a hotel we need the property and the room number, for a house the driveway and a phone number, and for an office the suite number. We also run appointments at the marinas and on board when a boat is in a slip. We see people flying in and out of FLL and sailing out of Port Everglades. If a garage or a valet charges your nurse, you pay that exact amount and nothing more.

Book it

We confirm

Nurse arrives

Choose your IV drip, then book online or call or text 305 998 0047 with the window that suits you. You pay nothing at this stage.

We confirm your time on the spot and send you your nurse’s name.

Your nurse checks your vitals, goes through your health history and starts the drip wherever you are comfortable. You pay when the drip is finished, not a minute before.

WHO ARRIVES

The Nurse at Your Door

Every IV nurse we send in Fort Lauderdale is a registered nurse and a member of our own team. She carries hospital grade supplies and American made compounds from 503b outsourcing facilities. It is the same stock on every appointment.

She checks your vitals, goes through your health history with you and answers your questions before she opens anything. Then she places the line, starts your IV infusion and stays with you until the bag is finished.

You pick the room and she sets up around you, then breaks everything down and packs it out. Plan on 30 to 45 minutes. If you find a nurse you like, you can book the same nurse again.

MEMBERS

The Membership, in Plain Numbers

IV therapy membership in Fort Lauderdale from Key Basis IV

Membership is $80 a month and takes half off every service we run. One membership covers the whole family, and guests at your Fort Lauderdale address get the member price too. The Myers Cocktail is $319 and $160 for members. One drip a month saves you $159 against an $80 fee. NAD+ goes from $479 to $240.

There is no minimum and you can cancel any time. That is why it works for people who are only here for the season. Members also skip the $39 telehealth exam fee. Your membership works in every area we serve.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Five Questions to Ask Any Mobile IV Service

A Key Basis IV nurse with a client during an at home IV drip in Fort Lauderdale

Every mobile drip service sounds polished on the phone. Ask these five questions to tell them apart.

Who is placing my drip?

Get the name and license number of the person coming to your home, then check that number on the Florida license lookup. Every nurse we send is a registered nurse on our own staff, and we share credentials gladly.

What happens before the needle?

A real service reviews your health history before the needle comes out. For us that means one $39 telehealth appointment a year.

What does the price include?

Ask whether the price changes once you give an address. Ours does not. We charge no travel fee anywhere in Fort Lauderdale, so the menu price is the full price.

Does someone stay with me the whole time?

Some services set the line and leave. Ask directly. Our nurse stays from the first knock until the bag is empty, about 45 minutes in all.

Where do the compounds come from?

The answer you want is a 503b outsourcing facility. Ours come from 503b outsourcing facilities, and we say so on the phone as plainly as we say it here.

If you want to hear our answers to all five, call or text us.

WHEN PEOPLE CALL

When Fort Lauderdale Books an IV Drip

A Key Basis IV nurse setting up an IV infusion in Fort Lauderdale

The morning after

Clients book the Hangover IV when the night ran long and the next day is already full. A nurse brings fluids and B vitamins to your door, usually the same day.

Boat and dock days

When the boat is in a slip we come to it. Saline Hydration IV is the usual pick before a long day on the water, and Recovery is the one people ask for afterward.

Convention weeks

Downtown fills up and so does our calendar. The Myers Cocktail runs about 45 minutes, short enough to fit between sessions, and we come to the hotel.

Flight days

Clients flying out of FLL book Saline Hydration the day before a long trip, and the evening they land coming home. Send us the itinerary and we build the appointment around it.

A house full of guests

In season we send one nurse for every five people. Groups usually order a mix of Hangover and Saline drips, and more than five people needs about four hours of notice.

A big day coming

Before a shoot or a wedding, clients book Glowing Skin and Immune Boost over the final days. Members pay half, which adds up across a week.

OFFICES AND EVENTS

IV Drips for Offices, Conventions and Charters in Fort Lauderdale

We bring drips to offices, conventions, production sets and private parties all over Fort Lauderdale. Bigger groups get more than one nurse, and the rate per person comes down as the headcount goes up.

We work with major corporations on a regular basis through our partnership with 830 Brickell Plaza, one of the best office buildings in Miami, where our drips are a building amenity. We bring that same experience to Fort Lauderdale.

We set up most events ahead of time with a sign up sheet, so everyone has picked a drip before the first nurse arrives. Some bookings carry a deposit or a minimum, and we tell you that up front, not on the invoice.

Send us three things to start: the headcount, the address and the time window you want covered. The event details button below has the rest.

STANDARDS

The Rules We Work Under

A Key Basis IV nurse preparing a mobile IV drip in Fort Lauderdale

Our credentials are public and easy to check. The Florida Board of Nursing license lookup will show you an active Florida license for any nurse we send. The Florida Department of Health sets the rules for medical practice here, and those rules govern us.

Every compound we infuse comes from a registered outsourcing facility, a designation the FDA oversees for sterile compounding. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements keeps clear fact sheets on each vitamin and mineral, useful background before you settle on a drip.

We list these sources so you can verify our standards firsthand. Our clinical standards page covers the screening, dosing and documentation behind each appointment. We last checked every price and service term on this page on September 1, 2026.

WHO THIS IS FOR

When to Book Us and When to Call 911

A Key Basis IV nurse setting up an IV drip at a Fort Lauderdale office

A house call drip fits a familiar set of situations: dehydrated after a long night, worn out from hard training, traveling into or out of Fort Lauderdale, feeling run down, or simply due for a vitamin top up without leaving home.

An emergency belongs in a different category. Chest pain, trouble breathing, a severe allergic reaction, stroke symptoms, a head injury, bleeding that will not stop, or a high fever that will not go away may call for 911 or an emergency room.

We take that difference seriously. When our medical team judges a drip the wrong option for your situation, we tell you directly and we do not book the visit.

QUESTIONS WE GET

Fort Lauderdale IV Therapy Questions

A Key Basis IV nurse administering an IV drip in Fort Lauderdale

Are you based in Fort Lauderdale or driving up from Miami?

Fort Lauderdale is its own service area with its own nurses. Your nurse comes from here, and there is no travel fee.

Do you come to the beach hotels?

Yes. Give us the property and the room number when you book, and we send you your nurse's name so the front desk can expect her.

Can I get an iron infusion at home in Fort Lauderdale?

Yes. We run Venofer iron sucrose at your address once your labs set the dose. 100mg is $399 and 200mg is $599. Members pay $199 for the 100mg.

Can a nurse come to my boat?

Yes, when the boat is in a slip and you can tell us the marina and the dock. We cannot run a drip while the boat is moving.

Do you work with hotel concierges and building managers?

Often. If a concierge or a manager is arranging it for a guest or a resident, they can book with us directly and we deal with them for the details.

Do you do B12 shots on their own?

Yes. Shots are $79 each, or $39 for members, and the appointment takes about ten to fifteen minutes. A shots only appointment needs $140 in the cart before discounts.

How long does a NAD+ drip take?

Plan on an hour and a half to two hours for the full NAD+ drip. The NAD+ shot is the quick version at $99 for 25mg and $149 for 50mg.

Can you come the morning after?

Yes. The Hangover IV is $249 and includes ondansetron for nausea, and we can usually come the same day.

I sail out of Port Everglades in the morning. Can you come the day before?

Yes, and it is a common booking. We come to your hotel or your home the day before you board, and the same works for the day you get back.

Do you serve Wilton Manors and Oakland Park?

Yes to both, at the same prices and with no travel fee.

Is the membership the same one you sell everywhere else?

It is the same membership. $80 a month, half off every service, no minimum and cancel any time. It works in every area we serve.

Who is actually placing the IV?

A registered nurse on our own team. Ask for her license number and check it on the Florida license lookup. We will give it to you.

WHO WE ARE

Why Key Basis Started

The Key Basis IV nursing team serving Fort Lauderdale

Key Basis began more than five years ago with a simple idea. Care should travel to the client, not the other way around. Thousands of drips later, we still work that way.

We do not use the word concierge lightly. Hotels, personal assistants and household staff call us because we handle the appointment quietly, completely and on their guest’s schedule.

We started in Miami, and the same team now serves Fort Lauderdale with the same standards. The longer version is behind the story button below.

READING

What Our Team Has Been Writing

Our team writes the way our nurses talk. The posts explain in plain language what is in each drip, how appointments actually go and what memberships really cost. When your question needs more than a quick text back, the longer answer is usually already on the blog.
