Vitamin shots and add ons
Most vitamin shots are $79, or $39 for members. The NAD+ Injection is $99 for 25mg or $149 for 50mg, and members pay $50 or $75. Most add ons to a drip are $49, Toradol is $85, and an NAD+ add on is $99 or $149.
Membership and other costs
Membership is $80 a month and takes 50 percent off everything. There is an added $39 telehealth exam each calendar year for non members. If your building charges for parking or valet, we pass that charge on at cost, and members don't pay it. Early morning and late night appointments are the normal price when a nurse is free at that hour. If no nurse is free, there may be an extra fee, so ask when you book.

Can a Mobile IV Nurse Come to My Condo in Key Biscayne?
Yes. We come to condos and houses across Key Biscayne, from the buildings along Crandon Boulevard to the houses in the village, and to guests at The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne. Once you book a hotel appointment, we let the hotel know your nurse is coming.
Crossing the causeway
We plan your nurse's drive around the Rickenbacker Causeway, and we let you know if traffic on it will make your nurse late.
In a condo building
You get your nurse's name when your appointment is confirmed. Add it to your guardhouse and front desk list with Key Basis IV as the company, the day before if you can. Your nurse shows photo ID and a Florida nursing license to anyone who asks.
At a house
Give us the address and any gate code, and tell us which door to use and where your nurse should park.
WHO ARRIVES
Who Places Your IV in Key Biscayne?
Every nurse we send is a registered nurse licensed in Florida and a member of our own team. They work under a physician on our clinical team. Your nurse brings hospital grade supplies and everything the appointment needs.
If your nurse can't place the IV, you aren't charged. If a drip has to stop partway, your nurse stays with you, and we handle the rest case by case.
You can ask for a Spanish speaking nurse when you book.

How much notice do I need to cancel?
Four hours for one person and eight hours for two or more people. If you cancel later than that, the booked service is charged in full, unless you're a member.
