When booking online, you will be prompted to provide a payment method and will be charged upon booking completion.
When booking over the phone, or through email we allow you to defer payment until after the service is completed, at which point one of our nurses will collect payment.

If you have particular concerns about your health and your eligibility to receive IV Therapy, feel free to consult your doctor before a treatment. You will be required to complete an intake form before a Key Basis treatment which will be approved by our Medical Director to ensure that you are eligible for treatment. However, if you are concerned and feel urged to speak to your doctor, their recommendation never hurts.

Pregnant women and breastfeeding women are eligible, but some medications and vitamins may be off limits.
