Where do you get your medical supplies and how do you ensure they're kept sanitary?We source all of our medical supplies from McKesson Medical-Surgical. McKesson grants us access to hospital-level medical supplies, which are transported, and are kept within sterile packaging until used by our Registered Nurses. After a single use, all supplies are properly disposed of.

Who supplies your vitamins and nutrients?We source all our vitamins and nutrients from Olympia Compounding Pharmacy in Orlando, FL. Olympia Pharma is comprised of a state-of- the-art FDA 503B pharmaceutical outsourcing facility, and a 503A pharmacy. Both facilities provide access to high quality age management and nutritional medications.

Do you accept insurance?We do not accept any private insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.

What Payment Methods do you accept?We accept Credit Cards, and Debit Cards. Aswell as HSA (Health Savings Account) Cards, and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) Cards.

Do I need to pay before the appointment is completed?When booking online, you will be prompted to provide a payment method and will be charged upon booking completion. When booking over the phone, or through email we allow you to defer payment until after the service is completed, at which point one of our nurses will collect payment. To book over the phone please call us at 305-998-0047.

Should I consult with my doctor before taking IV Therapy?If you have particular concerns about your health and your eligibility to receive IV Therapy, feel free to consult your doctor before a treatment. You will be required to complete an intake form before a Key Basis treatment which will be approved by our Medical Director to ensure that you are eligible for treatment. However, if you are concerned and feel urged to speak to your doctor, their recommendation never hurts.

What is NAD+?NAD+ is a coenzyme that all people have in their cells which is responsible for the creation of energy in the body and the regulation of important cellular processes. Am I eligible for IV Therapy?Before a treatment, you will be required to fill out an intake form which a Key Basis Registered Nurse will review to determine your eligibility. For most individuals IV Therapy is a completely safe treatment. However, we do not serve people below the age of 18 or over the the age of 65. Pregnant women and breastfeeding women are eligible, but some medications and vitamins may be off limits.

How long does the service take?Our nurses will be at your door at the time you made your appointment. The following are the times each service takes. - IV infusions take 40-50 minutes to complete - IM Shots take 10-15 minutes, if not less - NAD+ take 2 hours to complete
