NAD+

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme present in every living cell, reproductive cells included. The body uses it as an electron carrier in the reactions that convert nutrients into usable cellular energy, and as a substrate for a family of enzymes involved in DNA repair. Cellular energy and DNA maintenance are the two jobs the body asks of it in reproductive tissue, as in every other tissue. It is the most expensive thing in this bag, and it is the reason the drip is priced where it is. We do not publish the dose for this bag; ask when you book and we will tell you what it is before you pick a time.

Zinc

An essential trace mineral and a structural or catalytic component of several hundred enzymes. The body uses it in DNA synthesis, in cell division, in normal immune function and in the production of reproductive hormones in both men and women. It is one of the minerals most consistently named in connection with reproductive health, in men as much as in women.

Folic Acid

The synthetic, stable form of folate, which is vitamin B9. The body uses folate in one-carbon metabolism, which is the chemistry behind DNA synthesis, cell division and the formation of red blood cells. It is the vitamin most closely associated with reproductive health, which is why it is in this bag and in no other drip on our menu.

Vitamin C

Ascorbic acid, a water-soluble vitamin the body cannot make or store. It is an antioxidant and a required cofactor in collagen synthesis and in several enzyme reactions. The body concentrates it in a number of tissues, reproductive tissue among them, and its antioxidant role is the reason it is so often named among nutrients that support fertility.

Magnesium

An essential mineral and a cofactor in more than three hundred enzyme systems. The body uses it in nerve signaling, in muscle contraction and relaxation, and in the handling of ATP.

B-Complex

The set of B vitamins. They are cofactors, which means the body uses them inside the reactions that release energy from food rather than as fuel themselves. Folic acid, below, is a member of this family and gets its own line because it is the one this drip is built around.

Glutathione

A tripeptide the body builds from three amino acids, glutamate, cysteine and glycine. It is the principal antioxidant that cells maintain inside themselves, and reproductive cells maintain it the same way every other cell does.

Pushes are $49 each, or $24.50 for members. On this drip the ones worth asking about are Vitamin B-12, Vitamin D3, biotin, a mineral blend, an amino blend, calcium chloride, and ondansetron, an anti nausea medication.

We will not sell you glutathione, zinc, vitamin C, B-Complex or magnesium as an add-on, because all five are already in this bag and charging you twice for the same thing is not something we do.

What Is in the Fertility Support IV

Every ingredient is listed here with what it is and what the body uses it for. Several of them are the vitamins and minerals that come up whenever nutrition and reproductive health are discussed together, and that is why they are in this bag.

Saline. Sterile saline, the same hospital-grade fluid used in a clinical setting, and the carrier every other ingredient rides in on. It starts at 500ml, and you can have a full litre at no extra cost.

NAD+. Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme present in every living cell, reproductive cells included. The body uses it as an electron carrier in the reactions that convert nutrients into usable cellular energy, and as a substrate for a family of enzymes involved in DNA repair. That is all eight, in the order they appear on our menu, and there is nothing in the bag that is not on this list. No hormone and no medication of any kind.

Fertility Support IV drip bag from Key Basis IV, delivered in Miami

Who Books the Fertility Support IV

Three kinds of people, mostly. People who want the nutrients associated with reproductive health delivered in one appointment rather than assembled from a shelf. People who want NAD+ and want it alongside a broad micronutrient list rather than on its own. And partners booking together, because zinc, folic acid and the antioxidants in this bag are relevant to both of them; groups of two or more need 8 hours notice, and both drips are $789, or $395 each for members.

If you already take a daily supplement your physician has put you on, keep taking it. One infusion is a different thing from a daily regimen and it does not replace one.

Screening, and What We Ask You Before You Book

Every Fertility Support IV goes through the same screening every drip goes through.

Tell us, at booking, about any medical conditions you have, every medication you take including anything prescribed by a specialist, any supplement regimen you are already on, and any allergy you know about. Tell us if you are pregnant or think you might be. Tell us if you are in active treatment with a physician. None of this is a formality. It is what the nurse practitioner reviews, and it is what decides whether the drip is approved.

The nurse practitioner can decline, and that does happen. We will not talk you into a different drip to save the booking. Nothing is due at booking and you are never charged for a drip you do not receive. If the answer is talk to your doctor first, that is the answer you will get.

Unlike the Iron IV Infusion and the High Dose Vitamin C IV, this drip does not require you to send us lab results before booking. There is no bloodwork step here.

What the NAD+ in This Drip Feels Like Going In

Worth knowing before you book, because it surprises people. NAD+ has a well known set of sensations while it runs: chest or throat tightness, flushing, nausea, abdominal cramping, sometimes a wave of feeling generally unwell. They are dose and rate related, they come on while the infusion is running, and they ease when the nurse slows the drip down.

That is exactly why the nurse runs it slowly and stays with you for all of it. Rate is the variable the nurse controls. If it becomes uncomfortable, say so and the rate comes down; there is no reason to sit through it.

If you want NAD+ on its own at a stated dose rather than inside this blend, the NAD+ IV is $479 for 250mg, or $240 for members, and it also comes in 125mg and 500mg.

The $39 Exam, in Plain Terms

Before your first drip of the year, a nurse practitioner reviews and approves it on a short telehealth call, about 5 minutes. You may see it called a good faith exam. It is the step that makes this a clinical service rather than a delivery, and it is the same call whichever drip you book.

It is a separate $39 charge and it is not part of the $789. You pay it once per calendar year rather than every time you book, and it is charged at or after the appointment, never at booking. Members do not pay it at all.

The nurse practitioner can decline to approve a drip. On this one in particular, be complete about medications and about anything a specialist has you on, because that is the information the review is for.

How Much Does a Fertility Support IV Cost in Miami?

The Fertility Support IV is $789. Members pay $395, which is half price on this and on every other drip. Membership is $80 a month, with no minimum, and you can cancel any time. Non members can get 50% off by joining.

What the $789 covers. The nurse. The appointment itself, 30 to 45 minutes of it. Travel, with no travel fee anywhere in the service area. The bag and every ingredient in it, which starts at 500ml, and you can have a full litre at no extra cost. The vitals check. All supplies, the setup and the cleanup. Any explanation you want while the bag runs, for as long as you want it. And building a custom cocktail if you ask for a specific mix.

What it does not. Two things only. The $39 telehealth exam, once per calendar year. And parking or valet, which only comes up where a building or hotel charges for it.

The $39 exam, in plain terms. Before your first drip of the year, a nurse practitioner reviews and approves it on a short telehealth call, about 5 minutes. You may see it called a good faith exam. It is a separate charge and it is not part of the $789. You pay it once per calendar year rather than every time you book, and it is charged at or after the appointment, never at booking.

What members get on top of half price. Members do not pay for the exam, and members do not pay for parking or valet either. Key Basis covers both. You still have to park; you just do not pay for it. At $789 retail against $395 for members, a Fertility Support IV plus the exam is $828 on your first drip of the calendar year, and $395 for a member.

If you want something added. Add-on pushes are $49 each, or $24.50 for members, and your nurse can talk you through what makes sense on the day. We will not sell you an add on that is already in this bag.

Nothing is due at booking. You pay after the appointment, and we accept HSA and FSA. Tips are never expected, and they go to your nurse.

Why Does the Fertility Support IV Cost More Than Most Other IV Drips?

Because of what is in it, and specifically because of the NAD+.

Compare it to the Super Immune Boost IV, which is the closest thing to it on our menu. That drip is saline, 10g vitamin C, B-Complex, zinc, magnesium and glutathione, at $550, or $275 for members. The Fertility Support IV carries the same six, at the doses set for this bag, with NAD+ and folic acid added, at $789, or $395. The $239 between them is essentially the NAD+, which on its own is a $479 drip at 250mg.

That is the entire pricing logic. It is priced by what is in it: NAD+ is a more expensive compound than the vitamins and minerals beside it in this bag, and there are eight things in this one rather than six. Only one drip on our menu costs more, the Niagen IV at 500mg, which is $1,199.

If the NAD+ is not what you are after, say so and we will point you at a cheaper drip that carries the rest of this bag. Usually that is the Super Immune Boost IV at $550. We would rather you book the right bag than the wrong one.

Looking for a Fertility Support IV Near Me in Miami or Broward?

We bring the Fertility Support IV to Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, Wynwood and Midtown, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Pembroke Pines, Deerfield Beach, Hallandale Beach and Weston.

That is all of Broward County and all of Miami Dade, and there is no travel fee anywhere in either. The price is the same $789 in Fort Lauderdale as it is in Brickell, and the appointment runs 30 to 45 minutes either way. There is no travel fee anywhere in the service area, and no surcharge for a Broward address.

Can You Get a Fertility Support IV at Home?

Yes, and it is how we deliver every drip. A nurse brings the bag, the line and everything else to your home, hotel, office or boat, places the IV, stays for the whole infusion, and packs it all out afterwards. There is nothing to return and nothing to clean up. At home is the standard here rather than an upgrade, and there is no travel fee anywhere in the service area.

Every Key Basis IV nurse is a member of our own team, so you know exactly who is coming. If you find a nurse you like, you can book the same nurse again.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is in a Fertility Support IV drip?

Eight things: saline, NAD+, vitamin C, B-Complex, zinc, magnesium, folic acid and glutathione. The bag starts at 500ml, and you can have a full litre at no extra cost. There is nothing in it that is not on that list, and no hormone or medication of any kind.

How much does a Fertility Support IV cost in Miami?

$789, or $395 for members. If it is your first drip of the calendar year and you are not a member, there is also a separate $39 telehealth exam on top of the drip price. Members do not pay it. The price is the same across Miami Dade and Broward and there is no travel fee.

Is the $39 exam included in the Fertility Support IV price?

No. It is a separate $39 charge, once per calendar year rather than every booking, and it is charged at or after the appointment, never at booking. Members do not pay it, and members do not pay for parking or valet either.

How long does a Fertility Support IV appointment take?

Plan on 30 to 45 minutes from the nurse arriving to the nurse leaving. This bag carries NAD+, which the nurse runs slowly on purpose, and if it needs to go slower for your comfort the appointment takes as long as it takes.

Does the Fertility Support IV help with fertility?

It is built from vitamins and nutrients known to support fertility, which is what the name says. Folic acid, zinc, vitamin C and NAD+ each have a role the body uses them for in reproductive health, and those roles are described on this page. It is nutritional support, not a medical treatment, and we do not promise any outcome from it.

Is the Fertility Support IV a fertility treatment, and do I need a referral?

It is nutritional support, not a medical fertility treatment, so there is nothing to refer you for. You do not need a referral and you do not need to send us lab results, unlike the Iron IV Infusion and the High Dose Vitamin C IV. Before your first drip of the calendar year a nurse practitioner reviews and approves it on a short telehealth call, and can decline. If you are under a specialist's care, tell us at booking and tell them you are considering this.

Is a Fertility Support IV safe during pregnancy?

Tell us if you are pregnant or think you might be. It is one of the questions the nurse practitioner asks on the telehealth review, and the answer changes what gets approved. Your own physician is the right person to ask before you book, and if they say no, the answer is no.

What are the side effects of a fertility IV?

The common ones come from the NAD+ and happen while it runs: chest or throat tightness, flushing, nausea and abdominal cramping. They are rate related and they settle when the nurse slows the infusion down, which is why the nurse stays for all of it. Any IV can also leave bruising or soreness at the site, and a reaction to any infusion is possible, which is why every nurse carries an emergency kit. Tell the nurse if anything feels wrong and the drip stops.

Does the Fertility Support IV contain NAD+?

Yes. NAD+ is one of the eight things in the bag and it is the most expensive of them. We do not publish the dose for this bag; ask when you book and we will tell you what it is. If you want NAD+ on its own at a dose you choose, the NAD+ IV is $479 for 250mg, or $240 for members, in 125mg, 250mg and 500mg.

What is the difference between the Fertility Support IV and the Super Immune Boost IV?

The Super Immune Boost IV is saline, 10g vitamin C, B-Complex, zinc, magnesium and glutathione, at $550, or $275 for members. The Fertility Support IV carries the same six with NAD+ and folic acid added, at $789, or $395. The difference in the bag is two ingredients and the difference in price is $239.

Do you bring Fertility Support IV therapy to Broward County?

Yes, and that is the whole county. Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Pembroke Pines, Deerfield Beach, Hallandale Beach and Weston are all normal bookings. The price is the same $789 as Miami and there is no travel fee.

Can I get a fertility IV at home in Miami or Broward?

Yes, and that is the only way we deliver the Fertility Support IV. A licensed registered nurse comes to your home, hotel, office or boat with everything, stays for the whole infusion and packs out afterwards. That is all of Broward County and all of Miami Dade, and there is no travel fee anywhere in either.

Other IV Drips, the Menu and Membership

The Fertility Support IV is one of fifteen drips we bring to you, and it is worth knowing what sits either side of it before you book one of the most expensive bags on the menu. The Super Immune Boost IV is $550, or $275 for members, and it carries the same ingredient list without the NAD+ and folic acid, which makes it the honest comparison if the micronutrients are what you want. The NAD+ IV is $479 for 250mg, or $240 for members, and also comes in 125mg and 500mg, which is where to go if NAD+ at a stated dose is the actual reason you are here. The Niagen IV is $575 at 125mg, or $288 for members, and it carries nicotinamide riboside, a form of vitamin B3 the body converts into NAD+. The Myers Cocktail IV is $319, or $160, and is the classic vitamin and mineral drip if you want a broad bag without the specialty pricing. The Glowing Skin IV is $349, or $175, and is built around a glutathione push with biotin, vitamin C, B-Complex, B12 and zinc, which is the one people move to when glutathione was the ingredient they came for. The full IV drip menu runs from $199 to $1,199 across all fifteen drips. Membership is $80 a month and makes every drip half price, including this one, with no minimum and cancel any time.
