Plan on 90 to 120 minutes for a NAD+ infusion. That is the appointment, not an estimate that gets trimmed on a good day. Every other drip on the Key Basis menu runs 30 to 45 minutes. This one does not, and anyone who tells you a NAD+ IV can be done in forty five minutes is describing a rate you will not enjoy.
The nurse practitioner who runs your screening call will suggest a starting dose. If you have had a NAD+ infusion somewhere else and found it unpleasant, say so, because that is usually about rate rather than dose and it changes how your nurse sets up.
Why a NAD+ Infusion Runs Slowly, and What That Feels Like
NAD+ has to be given slowly to stay comfortable. Run too fast it commonly produces chest tightness, flushing, a wave of nausea or abdominal cramping, and those sensations settle within a minute or two once the rate comes down. It is simply what happens when the drip runs faster than the person receiving it wants it to.
This is the reason your nurse stays for the entire 90 to 120 minutes rather than starting the line and leaving. The rate is adjusted to you, repeatedly, throughout the appointment. Slower is not a failure of the infusion, it is how a NAD+ IV is meant to be run, and a client who says "that feels like a lot" gets the rate turned down without being asked twice.

The $39 Exam, Explained Plainly
Before your first drip of the calendar year, a nurse practitioner reviews your intake and approves the infusion on a short telehealth call. It takes about five minutes. You may see it called a good faith exam. It is what makes it legal and sensible for a nurse to start an IV in your living room, and on a NAD+ infusion specifically it is where the starting dose gets decided.
It costs $39. It is charged at or after your appointment, never at booking. It is once per calendar year, not once per drip and not once ever. It is a separate charge and is not part of the NAD+ IV price.
Members do not pay it at all.
How Much Does a NAD+ IV Cost in Miami?

Niagen is nicotinamide riboside, a precursor the body converts into NAD+. The practical difference is time. A Niagen IV runs in 30 to 45 minutes. A NAD+ infusion at 125mg or more runs 90 to 120 minutes and has to run slowly to stay comfortable.
Clients who want the pathway without giving up an afternoon book Niagen, at $575 for 125mg or $288 for members. Clients who want NAD+ delivered directly, and who have the time, book this. Some people try both and settle on one.
If you want NAD+ in the bag without the long appointment, there is a third option: a NAD+ push added to any other drip, $99 for 25mg or $149 for 50mg, members pay half of each. It is a small dose next to a 250mg infusion and it is honest to say so, but it fits inside a normal 30 to 45 minute appointment.
How to Sit Through Two Hours Comfortably
Eat something beforehand. Not a large meal, but do not start a NAD+ infusion having skipped breakfast.
Drink water in the hours before. Pick the chair or sofa you actually like, not the one nearest the door. Have your laptop, a book or something to watch within reach, because the middle hour is genuinely uneventful and that is the point. Wear something with sleeves that move.
You can get up. The line comes with you as far as the bathroom and your nurse will manage it. Nothing about this appointment requires you to sit still for two hours, only to stay in the same room.
